just watched it (i managed to catch the early show at 7pm!) and it was sorta corny but still oh so thrilling! :) can't wait for next week!!
we kept busy today.... i took the kids and we met my parents at IKEA for lunch. (we missed breakfast by a few mins, oops!) my parents left after we ate, but my kids wanted to go in the playland thingy. i assumed it would be full but nope, they got in and played for a while. i had nothing to do, no shopping to do, so i just walked the store.... bought the kids some funnels for new "bath toys" for a couple bucks! kids had fun, i had quiet time, emerson hung out in the stroller, kipp sat at home while we had an open house that only 2 guys visited..... blah. this house selling thing sux. i feel like we're not doing enough -- maybe i should put some ads in the paper(s) or make bigger, better signs.... but i'm not motivated. i checked online to see if we're overpriced and i'm VERY confident that our price is fine. we're like the cheapest, best starter home there is in the whole south west! hmmmmmmm................. timing is everything, and unfortunately it's a horrible time to sell :(
sooooooooooooo enough babbling, on to some pictures! i'll post them next.

I liked DH too. :) Corny is good sometimes.
as for the house selling...it WILL sell. It might just take a little time. I agree that you are not overpriced. I'm sure it'll sell in the next few weeks! I think the houses that sell really fast are the ones in the 180-240 range.
